Agricultural Law

Agricultural Law is the sum of all legal rules that aim to regulate matters regarding not just agriculture but also stock breeding, forestry, and other related activities. Essential matters of interest to farmers relate to establishing and operating agricultural cooperatives and producer groups, insuring their crops, and contract agriculture. Our firm was one of the first to establish a producer group in Greece.

We represent many farmers; we have knowledge on, and we handle matters that concern them, such as obtaining an above-ground water supply license, environmental degradation due to farming activities, the imposition of administrative fines, and issues of transference and division of parcels.
