Law of Medically Assisted Reproduction
The law on medically assisted reproduction is relatively recent and particularly complicated. It differs from comparable legislation in other European countries, a fact that attracts interest from many foreigners. On a daily basis, questions arise regarding its application that require immediate answers. We have a wealth of experience in this sector, and we advise both Greek and foreign private citizens and Medically Assisted Reproduction Units and doctors that practice IVF.
We have obtained a large number of court decisions regarding surrogacy and post-mortem fertilization, many of which are unique and some of which have given rise to discussions at the academic level.
